Editing a Chapter
Open the Chapter Editor
Tap JOURNEY › Edit Chapter. If the journey has more than one chapter you first see Your Chapters, split into Current and Previous; tap the one you want. Below the chapter details is "Pebbls in this Chapter": tap any Pebbl to edit or delete it, which is also how you reach Pebbls from earlier chapters.
What You Can Change
- Title and description
- Start date, with a time-zone button under it. Pick the zone the chapter happened in so dates and times read correctly after you cross time zones
- Location mask for the start and end of the chapter
- Edit GPS Track: opens the GPS track editor on the website. Tracking must be off and the chapter fully uploaded
- Download GPX: save the chapter's track as a GPX file
- Delete Chapter (not while tracking)
The GPS Track Editor
Edit GPS Track opens the track editor on the website. Drag points to move them, delete a point or a whole segment, split a segment, reverse its direction, change the transport of a segment, Simplify route (fewer points, same shape) and Clean clustered points (removes the jitter from standing still). Undo and Redo are always available, and Help & Tutorial walks you through it. The Journey Dashboard on the website edits the same chapter details and offers larger masks (10 km and 20 km).
