Upgrading and Downgrading Hubs

Change your Hub plan, and what happens to members and content.

Club to Business

Hub Settings › Subscription › Upgrade. You pay the difference for the rest of your year and the Hub is upgraded straight away.

Business to Club

Email hello@pebbls.com and we will change the plan for you.

Downgrade to a Free Community

Hub Settings › Danger Zone › Downgrade to Free Community and type DOWNGRADE. The subscription is cancelled immediately.

What Changes When You Downgrade

• Logo, brand colour, website, contact details and the verified badge are removed
• The community becomes public and open; anyone can join
• The community's web address is regenerated from its name, so links you have shared stop working
• Members, moderators, journeys and discussions are kept

Billing

Hub subscriptions renew yearly. Manage billing under Account › Subscriptions on the website (Stripe billing portal), or email hello@pebbls.com.
