Creating or Upgrading to a Hub
Create a New Hub
- On the community page choose Create › Create a Hub
- Select Plan: Club, Business or Charity
- Hub Details: logo, name, description, Public or Private, Open or Approval Required, cover image. Business adds website, contact email, contact button and brand colour
- Payment: Continue to Payment opens our secure card-payment page (run by Stripe). You are back on Pebbls as soon as it completes
Upgrade an Existing Community
As the owner of a free community choose Manage › Upgrade to Hub. Members, journeys and discussions are kept.
Charity Hubs
Choose Charity, enter your organisation type, registration number (optional), website and contact email, and Submit Application for Review. We review applications within 2 to 3 business days and email you. Until then the Hub shows "Pending Approval" to visitors. Charity Hubs are free.
From the App
Payments are made on the website. If you open the Hub pages inside the app you are offered Open in Browser.
