Sailing Taou | Our New Years Break
After a lovely time celebrating Christmas with friends in Fakarava we decided we’d go on a quick trip to an Atoll 16NM north of Fakarava.
After a failed attempt to leave the pass the day before due to some large squalls we got up early and had a lovely 3 hour sail in good winds.
The following days were filled with freediving, fires on the beach, some plastic pollution data collection, and even a little surf! Not a bad way to spend the last few days of the year. Oh
