Cycling day 9: To south Amami
Aiming to cycle down the the southern end of Amami island, fingers crossed for better weather the next few days!

Ferry tickets for Sat night
This morning we've managed to reserve tickets for the ferry to Kagoshima on Saturday night. We had a go last night at the ferry terminal as and failed, but it was a lot less chaotic at the booking office today! Seemed very expensive though!
We had to book in person as the website wasn't accepting online bookings until next week!

Yadori Beach
Free camping here, but no hot showers or drinking water. There were lots of tunnels and some sleep hills to get here!
The sun was a little low for a swim, but we enjoyed a good sunset over our evening meal on the beach.
There seem to be a few other groups staying here too, including a group who had a fire going in the kitchen area, which was nice while I was washing up 🙂
The frogs are very loud by this camping ground!
