Man gave me yoghurt type dish for the sweating. Had broken conversation via google translate and offered me a sleep. Stayed a while as exercise made me feel a bit sick but passed up on the sleep and was on my way. Didn't feel too good however the terrain went from lumpy to fast and made some good ground.
