Delete Account

What deletion removes, and the alternatives if you only want to hide a journey.

Before You Delete

When you delete your account, your journeys are hidden straight away and everything is deleted 14 days later. After that it cannot be restored. If you only want to hide a journey, make it private instead, or delete individual journeys from the app.

How to Delete

In the app open menu › My Account, scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account. Enter your password, tick to confirm that you understand, and tap Delete my account. You are signed out, your journeys are hidden at once, and we email you the date the account will be deleted.

From the Website

On the website go to Account › Security › Danger Zone › Delete Account; the steps are the same.

Changed Your Mind?

Sign in again within the 14 days and choose Keep my account. The deletion is cancelled and nothing is lost.
