Password and Email
Change Your Password
Passwords are changed by reset email. On the website go to Account › Security › Change Password and we send you a link. In the app, tap Forgotten Password? on the login screen. New passwords need at least 8 characters.
Your Email Address
In the app, open My Account › Account › Email address, type the new address and your password, and we send a 6-digit code to the new address. Your email only changes once you enter the code. On the website your email is shown under Account › Security with a Verified badge.
Password Tips
Use a long password you do not use anywhere else, ideally from a password manager.
