Sailing The Pacific | Morning Coffee
Another day of bobbing and very little movement. In fact for a time last night went back towards Panama for three miles!
When sailing oceans it’s not often you see another boat, let alone talk to them! This morning was a bit unreal. We’d been in contact with ‘Woodpecker II’ a young Austrian solo sailor and as it was so calm he decided to come over for a morning coffee! A lovely morning was spent relaxing, swimming and sharing stories and plans. We left him with 20l of water as he doesn’t have a watermaker and we’d just topped up our tanks. A very bizarre but lovely morning!
