I had udon soup with aburaage (a chewy, tasty tofu). I'm glad I've gotten a taste for noodles - they seem very common here!
Arrival at Amami Island
We arrived at Amami island on schedule at about 8:30pm. Took me a little while to find out where my packed up bike and bags should be collected, but when I did I unfolded the bike, loaded up and we made it to our hostel for 9:30. Our room is pretty good, and now there are drying clothes and bits of tent everywhere as it even had a washing machine!
