Limon cello factory lab. Limoncello is the Lemon rinds alcohol sugar and about 40 some percent by alcohol while Crema has milk as well and then it is only about half as much alcohol. The lemons have to be peeled by hand so that they don't get it unnecessary amount of the white part only the rind. And the lemons come from the super volcano region a little north of Vesuvius
