Fried pizza stop which is the dough and ricotta cheese and some sort of meat and fat combination with just a couple of small spoons of tomato sauce otherwise it would be too wet. Fried because that's a cheap way to go. Many of the Napoli Foods came from times of poverty and this is one example, started sometime after World War ii.
