Sailing The Pacific | Edging Forward

The last week or so has all merged into one. We had some really nice and easy sailing conditions. The sea was calm and the wind around force 4 on the beam.

As of this morning the wind has picked up and the sea state got a little rougher. We expect to have three days with similar weather. It feels good to be sailing fast (surfing down waves at 9 knots!) but everything gets a little trickier and extra care taken with even simple tasks. But the sun is still shining and we’re clocking off some miles.
