Manage Your Subscription
Become an Explorer
- App: menu › My Account › Become an Explorer. The membership starts as soon as the App Store or Google Play purchase completes
- Website: app.pebbls.com/pricing › Go Explorer, paid by card on our secure payment page (run by Stripe)
- Have a membership code? Enter it on the app's Explorer screen. A code gives a Guest Pass, VIP or Ambassador membership with the same Explorer features; the expiry date shows on the same screen
- If your phone cannot make in-app purchases, the app offers Sign Up on Website instead
Check Your Status
App: My Account › Membership shows your plan and renewal date. Website: Account › Subscriptions.
Cancel or Change
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and you keep Explorer until the end of the period you paid for.
- Bought in the app: My Account › Manage Subscription opens your App Store or Google Play subscriptions
- Bought on the website: Account › Subscriptions › Manage billing opens the billing page (run by Stripe) where you can change your card or cancel
- Hub subscriptions are managed in the same place
After It Ends
Your journeys, Pebbls and videos stay. Live tracking, Tracking Privacy and GPX download stop, you keep 1 offline region, and private journeys become public the next time you save their settings.
