Slow, Steady And Rolly
This marks the start of the next big stage of our trip as we leave the leeward islands and move onto Aruba where we’ll lift Nanuka for some much needed TLC. We started our 500nm sail last night and the forecast has done it again… with predicted gusts over 20 knots we should have had a lovely sail. Instead we were greeted with the wind rarely touching 10 knots and a extremely persistent side swell which got rid of any chance of a good nights sleep!
