Uxmal - Incredible MAYA temples
I didn’t expect Uxmal to hit that hard. Way less crowded than other ruins, and somehow way more alive. Walking around the temples, I caught myself just standing still, imagining how people once lived, played, prayed here. The ball court was wild—thinking they used to smack that heavy rubber ball with just their hips?! Uxmal felt powerful, but also kind of peaceful. Definitely one of my favorite stops in Yucatán so far.
