The Monastery of Saint Naum is located at the southernmost tip of Lake Ohrid in North Macedonia, close to the Albanian border. Founded by Saint Naum in 905 AD, it is one of the oldest and most prestigious Eastern Orthodox monasteries in the Balkans. Most of the existing buildings were rebuilt between the 16th and 18th centuries.
