Day 23: Reliegos -> León
This day feels quite monumental - once we reach León we enter the final third of the journey! Walking with a friend we made at last night’s albergue dinner: Zoltan, a Hungarian sailor

Absolutely annihilated that walk, even did a ‘sprint’ km in 9 minutes at one point. And surprised by James with an extremely luxurious hotel here in León for our rest day 😍 Not the ‘medieval pilgrim’ way, but 460km+ down, can’t hurt to relax a bit 😌
Rest / Exploration Day In León
Lie-in, lunch, cathedral visit (really beautiful but construction works), hotel spa then a really reasonably priced one-Michelin star meal at Cocinandos 🍽️ Back to reality today for 12 days straight into Santiago 🥾
